Ljubljana in 1952, Postojna '67, Lake Bled '73
Spend some time on YouTube and you can find countless hours of people on vacation in Slovenia, with their journeys covered from every angle. There is more than enough material for future historians to get over and get a sense of what a casual visitor here was in the second decade of the 21st century.
But go back to the time before smartphones and GoPros, and the record is much brighter, so the three short films shown earlier are more valuable than they seem. The first shows Ljubljana in 1952, focusing on the intersection of Slovenska and Čopova between Nama, Hotel Slon and the Post Office. Second entrance to Postojan Cave in 1967 and third Bled Lake in 1973.
